We aim to dispatch orders received before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday on the same working day and all orders placed after this time the next business day.

We use Royal Mail 1st class post for small packages and Either DHL or UPS courier services for larger orders.

There are several delivery options available.

Free Delivery is either via Royal Mail Or DHL, this is normally a two-three day service.

Sometimes it may be the next working day. It cannot however be guaranteed.

UPS Premium Delivery Service.

This is a premium service that offers upto three delivery attempts (on consecutive days) and the choice of changing the delivery address after the parcel has left us. (place of work) Etc.

All next day and saturday deliveries are automatically dispatched via this method.

There is an option of upgrading a standard Free Delivery to this service for only £3, this needs to be done at the time of checkout, it does not guarantee next day delivery but gives you peace of mind should you need to go out on a regular basis.

Standard delivery is free for all orders over £49.99 to destinations in the UK, including Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland*.

The delivery charge for orders under £49.99 is Only £4.99

Next Day Delivery is only £6.99

Saturday Delivery is only £19.99

Where products are out of stock we will email you the option of an alternative product, waiting for stock, or a refund for the missing items. Some items have to be sourced from the manufacturer and so will take longer.

The status of your order can also be monitored on our site. Just log in and go to 'My Account' to see your full order history.

All items require a signature on delivery, so we email you contact details and a consignment tracking number when we confirm dispatch of your order. 

DHL & Royal Mail will only attempt delivery once after which your order will have to be collected from their depot.

Your order can be tracked and your local depot number found on their website at ppppppppp.

Delivery of Aquariums.

Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, once the delivery of these goods has been accepted and signed for, no claims for damage or breakage will be considered.

You are therefore advised to check the aquarium prior to signing delivery acceptance and the driver leaving. This is normally done quite quickly by cutting the top open and looking inside the tank, checking the packaging for any obvious external damage.

If, by chance, you have received damaged goods, you must refuse to accept the goods at the point of delivery.

(Delivery of aquariums to Northern Ireland is not availible without a surcharge of £49.95 please select appropriate method at checkout. If this is not selected your order will not be shipped until the surcharge has been paid.

Please Note

The delivery charge paid by us covers delivery to your door or the closest safe place within your front door. The delivery charge does not include 'up the stairs' or 'in the lounge' or installation and setup in any way.
