| Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is inline with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".
In the event that faulty or broken goods are received you must notify us by email to sales@thelivingseas.uk.com within 24 hours of receipt. Where possible, replacement parts will be dispatched and where not possible the goods will need to be returned. For larger orders we will arrange delivery of replacement goods and collection of the faulty goods at the same time.
Goods returned for any other reason must be in new and unused condition. In order to return goods you must email us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately.
If an item has been especially ordered for you from a supplier and you have agreed to this the order cannot be canceled.
If goods have already been delivered they can only be retuned to us if they are in new and unused condition.
If goods have already been dispatched we will process the refund once the goods have been returned to us. |
